Born in Tepatitlán, Jalisco, Mexico, Andrea Paredes has proudly served the Kansas real estate market since becoming a licensed agent in 2018. With a strong commitment to her clients, Paredes has successfully helped numerous families and individuals navigate residential, leasing, and commercial real estate.
Her passion for serving the Hispanic community led her to specialize in rent-to-own and owner-financing options—essential solutions for those facing challenges with traditional financing. This focus inspired the creation of ICT Rent-to-Own in 2023, a company she co-founded to bridge the gap in homeownership opportunities.
After parting ways with her business partner, Paredes transitioned to a leadership role, now working closely with the associate broker at Max's Real Estate, where she continues to grow while pursuing her broker's license.
